About Me

I am a mender. 

A mender for those ready to claim an evolutionary quantum shift into full spiritual and emotional sovereignty, where looping in trauma and projection finally stops and where strength to live, to really live, the highest purpose in this lifetime is cultivated. 

My mending practice is informed by both ancient and academic wisdom. I hold a BSc in Neuropsychology, an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, and I am currently completing a PhD exploring spiritual and psychological development.

I am also guided by the shamanic heritage of my Celtic, Hungarian, and Indian ancestors, alongside many years of training with world-class mentors and sacred initiations with Mother Mushroom.

Through my mending work and research, I explore how identity and emotion, shaped and wounded, by neglectful systems, unhealthy caregivers, and unfortunate circumstances or perpetrations, can be expressed and reshaped to bring ownership, meaning, awareness, autonomy and purposeful direction.
