You carry trauma and patterns you cannot heal alone. You have places inside that are frayed, where grief snags, where fear pulls, and where shame stretches holes that you hide in. Sometimes, the demands of life are too heavy to hold, and you yearn to be held. Mending is what happens when you allow me to help. Lovingly and gently. Without rush.
