When a woman becomes a mother, a portal opens. It is vast, tender, and holy, a gateway that shatters what once was and births an entirely new soul into being. Not just the child’s soul, yours too.

Mending for Mothers is your sanctuary, a soft hearth for the weary, the wild, the wounded, and the wise in you. This is not a programme of perfection, but of permission. Permission to rage. To rest. To grieve what you’ve lost and to celebrate what you are still becoming. Here, we gather to rest, cry, release, remember, and rejuvenate.  

I weave mending through guiding you in practices that support nervous system nourishment and help you to clear and nourish the nervous system while rekindling your connection to your own soul. By blending restorative and transformational healing modalities, we deeply acknowledge all you have been through in a mending blessing.  

I mother you into your wholeness, as you mother the next generation into theirs.
