There was a time when humans lived in balance. When belonging was not something we searched for, but something we knew. A time when our ancestors gathered in ritual to mark rites of passage, to mend what was broken, and to honour the cycles of life.
These practices nourished the heart of community.
They created meaning, connection, and a relationship with the sacred.
Today, our world is very different. Shaped by the fragmentation of modernity, many of us find ourselves caught in loops of trauma and suffering in individualism.
Longing to belong, to the Earth and to each other but unsure how to return.
We feel the tension between the material and the spiritual. We witness the world in crisis and we wonder how to meet it with strength and integrity.
Many of us sense a deep need to relearn how to be in community.
Yet there are wounds, between genders, within communities, and within ourselves.
This retreat is a prayer.
A space to restore balance and belonging.
To face and move through what you are carrying, and to reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose where your healing becomes part of something greater.
Honouring those who came before us, their wisdom and their wounds. Taking our place within the cycles of life. Through proto Celtic chanting and simple shrine building, we invite ancestral support.
We gather as one human family, holding both polarity and unity, and dedicate the space to collective healing.
A held space for truth telling and witnessing. Grief, rage, and concern are welcomed, as we bring awareness to both personal and collective challenges.
Gentle, consent led practices that respond to what is alive in the group, supporting individual and relational repair.
Together, we create a collective prayer bundle. Through rhythm, movement, and prayer we ground the work into the Earth.
We close as a tribe. Each person is witnessed through a rite of passage, stepping forward as a beacon of balance and belonging, carrying this work back into their communities.
If you feel called to this space, it is because something in you recognises the importance of this work. This is not about the glamour of spirituality. It is about showing up, for yourself, for community, and for the wider world.
£166 includes camping and all food and drinks.
