Mother's Mending

These sessions are your space to be held deeply.
In our 1:1 sessions, we listen to your body’s wisdom, tend to your nervous system, and unravel the myths that have kept mothers isolated and unseen.

I weave transpersonal coaching, shamanic guidance, and psychospiritual modalities to help you release your rage, grief, shame, secret feelings, ambivalence, doubt, and pressure.

I hold you while you let it all move through, transforming pain into endurance, heaviness into vitality, and exhaustion into renewed presence and sovereignty.

If you have small children, it can be hard to find space to heal. That’s why I offer online Mending Sessions, allowing you to receive deep support from home, no need for childcare or travel.

You don’t have to fix yourself. You are doing the impossible and somehow managing to survive. What you need is deep acknowledgement and a safe space to move through the madness of motherhood and resurrect yourself.

For those longing for deeper rest and renewal, I offer Mini Mending Retreats,  beginning with a 90-minute Mending Session at 5pm, followed by a peaceful overnight stay in the yurt, with check-out at 10am.

This simple overnight experience gives mothers the chance to have a full process and time in nature without being away from their children for too long or spending a fortune. Each retreat is tailored to your needs and may include emotional release, womb wrapping, ancestral resourcing, connection with new spiritual guides, bodywork and massage, as well as ceremony or sound healing.

These intimate retreats provide a safe and nurturing space to unwind, mend, integrate, and return home restored and re-rooted in yourself.
