Mending is not about fixing what is wrong. It is about bringing tenderness to what is tired, gold to the cracks, breath to what has been starved of life. It is about lifting judgement, inviting kindness, and softening into acceptance. It is about leaving lighter, softer, stronger, more able to rest in the sacred weave of life.
Anfa means “breath” in protoceltic. We begin by slowing, breathing, arriving. A candle is lit, a grounding ritual opens the space, your nervous system is soothed. Here you are invited to lay down the burdens you carry and simply be.
Gwēd is “to weave, to bind together.” This is the heart of the session, where we step into ceremony. Over years of study, practice, and initiation I have gathered a toolkit that bridges science and spirit. In our sessions I may draw from:
Shamanic practice: drumming, journeying, ancestral connection, elemental ritual.
Emotional Release: Transformational Healing and pair work to bring to the surface and release trauma and karmic debris.
Tantric embodiment: breathwork, energy flow, cultivating presence in the body.
Sekhem healing: channelling universal life force energy for balance and restoration.
Song and sound: ceremonial singing, proto-Celtic chants, drum resonance, crystal bowls, gongs, ocean drum.
Psychospiritual guidance: archetypal work (such as the inner mother), shadow tending, emotional alchemy.
Nothing is imposed. We follow the living thread of what needs and expressions arise, grief, longing, rest, laughter, loving, mothering, advocacy for your sacredness, and honour it together.
Cyfaredd means “enchantment, harmony.” We close by gathering the threads, grounding your body and spirit, and weaving practices you can carry into your daily life. You leave with a felt sense of wholeness, and often with small rituals, prayers, or practices to anchor your healing.
