Tantra means to weave — breath with body, heart with presence, sensation with awareness.
Relational Somatic Mending understands this weaving through a mammalian lens. Humans are mammals, wired for closeness, attunement, and safe touch. While modern culture has become increasingly individualised, our bodies still long for connection, co regulation, and being met without performance. This work offers a grounded, ethical space where those longings can be approached with care.
Each session is a responsive tantric weaving of presence, breath, touch, and relational attunement. This is not a performance space. It is a space for slowing down and listening to what the body is communicating. Touch, is always consensual, negotiated in advance, and held within clear professional boundaries. The quality of touch is attentive and grounded, supporting the nervous system to soften and settle. I work with the Wheel of Consent as a foundational framework, ensuring clarity, choice, and respect at every stage of the process.
Many people arrive carrying a quiet ache: touch starvation, emotional fatigue, hyper independence, loneliness, or a longing to be held and appreciated safely. These are not personal failures, they are understandable responses to living in a culture that has forgotten our relational nature.
For some, this work supports the repair of what was missed earlier in life: being held with care, being met with kindness, being allowed to soften without demand. This is approached with maturity, ethics, and clear agreements, without needing to re enact or relive past experiences.
Here, mending is not about fixing what is broken, but about integration and remembering.
A session focused on rest, grounding, and receiving support. This may include being held, gently touched, or attended to with care, without expectation to give or perform. The client remains fully clothed unless otherwise explicitly agreed. This offering supports deep relaxation and reconnection with bodily awareness, through ritual, massage, anointing and sensual touch and energy healing fusing the modality of sekhem.
A structured, consent led session exploring giving and receiving within clearly defined roles and the wheel of consent teachings. This work is grounded in communication, self awareness, and mutual clarity, with ongoing check ins throughout the session. It is offered only where appropriate and aligned, and always within professional boundaries.
This work does not involve sexual services and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
